Nanoparticle tracking analysis: particle-by-particle size and concentration.
Malvern Panalytical · NanoSight LM10 and Pro
What it does
Individual particles are visualised as points of scattered light and tracked frame by frame. Because each particle is followed separately, the technique gives a number-based size distribution and an absolute particle concentration, and resolves populations that a scattering average would merge into one.
Key capabilities
- Particle-by-particle size distribution
- Absolute particle concentration
- Resolution of mixed populations
- Fluorescence mode for labelled particles
Applications
Biotechnology · Nanoscience · Pharmaceutical · Life sciences
Sample types
Extracellular vesicles, exosomes, virus-like particles, nanoparticle and colloidal suspensions.
